I feel bad for you but try not to be so hard on yourself..I feel your pain I had bad Acne I tried poactiv and it worked I still use it and always will..I also felt unconfident and self concious if you've never tried it its def worth a try. Hope your doing ok

WHat kind of diet did you have BEFORE the cleanse?
Im not talking about the few days before but the past few years.

I have suffered from Cystic Acne and several breakouts for years!!
I was on the BCP and even Proactiv but it got bad on that after the pill and so in.

I didnt have ANY steady and solid improvements in my skin until I did the following:

Quit Drinking Coffee
Quit Sodas
Went on a Raw Foods Diet

If you are drinking coffee or doing anything that stimulates your hormones and adrenals it will come out in the skin, same with sugar, soda ...anything that STIMULATES you.
Also, I find that Raw Foods help me immensely because I have been able to eliminate cravings for the crap that congested me in the first place. RAW FOODS will put you on a good path to heal your skin after the cleanse!

so if you feel that you MUST break your fasting, then do it the raw food way.

What you may be having now is a healing crisis.

Take a Salt Bath with dead Sea Salt s for helping your skin to detox
Use ACV as a skin toner or mix filtered water with lavendar oil and tea tree oil for cleansing.
steam your face with a steamer or boiling water... add eucalyptus or lavender to the water.

and as one other said... drink drink drink!!!

hey plasticat...my heart goes out to you... i've had two HORRIBLE Acne outbreaks twice in my life (living the second one right now) and it's JUST A TOTAL NIGHTMARE that ONE CANT' BELEIVE :(((((

the first time my face was left with a ton of horrible scars... and ONE THING REALLY HELPED ME GET RID OF MOST OF THE SCARS (i'm continuing to use the method during the current crisis now, and it's keeping me -- while not looking totally human, at least semi presentable with the help of tinted pimple cream when i go out... i know that without this treatment i would look JUST TOTALLY AWFUL RIGHT NOW...

this treatment is very simple! you need EGG WHITES (ORGANIC PREFERABLY) AND some lemon (again preferably organic).... you simply BEAT them together until it's all frothy and thick, and you just apply it all over your face -- let it dry, wati minimum 30 minutes then wash -- do it every day for like a month and you REALLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE!!

DURING the current criisis (which has been worse than the first one, and lasting longer :-( ) i also got 100+ white heads and as many blackheads on my face ... yikes yikes yikes.... i got huge scars then got pimples and pimples upon scars... really disgusting... but with this treatment, at least the old scars started disappearing after one month.... it's TOTAL GENTLE treatment so it might work with your sensitive skin...

i'm also taking MSM -- i heard of soeone who cured his Acne with it...
and taking COQ10 AND allicin (like eating tons of garlic but without the smell)

dont' give up!!! i was also feeling almost suicidal as well... with everything that i've been doing, i think i'm like 30% better now (though i shouldn't speak too soon)

also i ordered MASAFFEEN... don't know how effective it is, but at least i't sall made of natural stuff....
