Re: Bumblebeehealth ingredients

From my own research, it seems 35,000 HU is
the low end and the high end is mostly where
you will find your tincture strengths and
include pepper blends. Most of us here seem
to find the 90,000 HU really effective and
so recommend it.

The amount of pepper and the quality seems to
be more important than the heat strength.
Many of us start out with a sprinkle and the
body will begin to crave it rather quickly
and so adding more to the lemonade is what is
desired. I consider the lemonade a cayenne
delivery system. The cayenne sort of acts like
the main ingredient in the lemonade "solution"
which soaks off the funk and old fecal debris
in your gut much like a wallpaper solution
softens up old wallpaper so it can be easily
scraped off. The cayenne is also healing the
tissue so has a dual benefit. More of the
pepper itself is more important than more of
the heat, at least in my experience~~ :)

Rising Sun's Cayenne Research Blog offers more
info on the benefits of cayenne~~

Here is the Scoville Heat Scale which may also
offer some additional clues to the efficacy of
the different peppers and blends~~
