the avocados definitely contributed to me feeling heavy but they taste SO good (though I'm not on a fruitarian diet yet.)

I would say add the avocados, and then add whatever high fat oils you can, like coconut oil. I'm sure there's other oils or fatty fruits...but all the ones I'm thinking of are vegetables or nuts. :P
