I think you'll notice that the Sea Salt rinse will be all you need. Having oily looking teeth is not so bad really and seriously I wouldn't worry about it unless there is a texture problem with your tongue or something. I would consider changing oils though. I think it's great that you are doing this for your baby. Those essential fatty acids are going to soak right in and make you both healthier.

Don't fret about starting now.....I didn't start until I was 48....long since my baby finished breastfeeding (14 years!!) I had the typical bad american diet. I drank too much. I smoked too much. I had way to much stress in my life. But I'm healthier now at almost 51 than I was even when I was in my 30's. It's never too late to start and there is absolutely no need to apologize. Most of us came from that same exact place.

And if you hate dentists...boy you really came to the right place. Hoo Boy, you are now talking to the choir. We are OPing to avoid ever having to go to dentists again. I'm sure you have read the recommended messages at the top of the page under "R"? There are dozens of people who's dentists are blown away at their dental health. Too many posts to ignore. There are even more on Earth Clinic. I bet you anything that OP is going to kill that infection. Try coconut oil, as it has anti viral and anti bacterial qualities.
