I cannot help you with the sweating, however I can tell you about my husband's experience with b17, laetrile, which he was getting from consuming apricot seeds.

He has cancer and is taking The Hoxsey Tonic. He took the apricot seeds in addition to the tonic and ended up with cyanide poisoning. It was an overkill...that almost killed him. Meaning he should have taken the tonic or the apricot seeds, but not both.
