Re: bathing in tap water

how do you guys know these products work, ive heard that after only 1 or 2 goes the shower head filters stop working and they only filtered chlorine to begin with , and not fluoride.has anyone actually tested there water to see if the chlorine is gone or at least lessened.Ive read that theres nothing you can do short of distilling or reverse osmosis to get rid of fuoride and reverse osmosis wont get it all.

i seem to be able to get rid of the chlorine smell by running a very hot bath as hot as i can, then letting it sit for 30min or so, someone on the bath forum said that the chlorine evaporates away,although i have no way of testing.
