I keep meaning to check out the Concentrace. I gave up on the CLO/butter oil mix and like you have gotten some summer-grass ghee. I hope that contains the "X factor" because the CLO mix sure was nasty even with the cinnamon flavor. And I just cannot pay so much money for it.

The spring/summer butter is supposed to have the extra oomph because of the high quality of the grass during those months. Price attributed the drop in infectious diseases to the "X" factor. I am hoping that the ghee will still contain it. I do love cooking with it.
