Cellfood creates a burst of oxygen in your body about 20 minutes after drinking it, by breaking water atoms into oxygen and nitrogen. Something about all that oxygen suddenly being released seems to make you feel good. One friend who suffers from Depression takes it three times a day and won't miss a dose!
