Hi there, I wonder if you guys can help me. I have always been obsessed with my weight and consequently have suffered with Bulimia. I am trying to get over this although it is difficult and still happens too often. I WANT to end this cycle by trying a Water Fast as I know of the health benefits, and compared to what I must be doing to my insides at the moment I am pretty sure it would do me the world of good. I am thinking of doing a ten day Water Fast and then slowly introducing raw vegetables and fruit into the diet. Has anyone else had a similar experience to me and can anyone advise me if Water Fasting is a good step forward?
