my advise may be bit different from what people are talking on this forum, but it worked for me. I have the same problems: chronic fatigue, dark bags under eyes, can not gain weight, have pain/discomfort in the groin area and legs, have tendency to worry too much. My problems started after I had severe stress and flu. I've tried a lot of different herbs, vitamins, diets, flushes, cleansings, zappings etc. It all didn't work for me.
What really helped me was swiming in ocean/sea and taking sunbaths. For the all time I was on the sea resort, everyday I was swimming 10 times a day and laying under the sun the rest of the time. Also was eating a lot of fruits(mostly watermelons). After few weeks of such regimen, I couldn't believe myself --- I was so strong phisically and emotioanally! I gained some weight, and I felt like I could move mountains! It lasted for about 3-4 months, then gradually I shifted back to my daily routine life and habits, it got bit worse, --- but after going to the sea I never felt as bad as I did before. It really helped. Summer is coming, so I am planning on repeating these procedures. The big point here, not be lazy and swim, swim, swim -- overcome your lazyness, don't be afraid of cold water.
Another important thing that helped me, was to make peace with myself, stop worring too much, create positive attitude. Whenever I encountered situation that made me uncomfortable, I said to myself "F... that!!! It doesn't worth worrying"
If you unable to go to the ocean or sea, take cold (or you can start with cool ones) showers few times a day, I GUARANTEE you will feel much better, your
Depression will be gone instantly. Recently I read in some book that cold showers stimulate adrenals.
