Planning 4 marriage-woman's part

I'm working hard on planning for my marriage next summer...I need great ideas for money saving--before & after marriage. My family raises a garden-is it crazy to freeze & can vegetables this year for us next year. Also I plan on freezing meat--my family are hunters. I'm gonna try to make it a habit to take advantage of sales & coupon offers. I could use any and all ideas.
