Re: Help!!
I highly recommend you go to the
Liver Flush Forum and read up. Click at the top where it says Recipes, and also read through the FAQs. There are several ways to flush, all very similar. I also like sensiblehealth.com for the apple juice protocol not using
Epsom Salts . Read!
Liver Flush takes patience -- you need to wait 2 weeks between flushes and it too me 5-6 flushes before I hit the Mother Lode. Worth it, though!
The lemon juice recipe you describe is the Master Cleanse. There is a wonderful supportive forum here at curezone, and again you can read up on the FAQs there. I have done the
Master-Cleanse MANY times, and it is very convenient (juices are a lot more work) and works wonderfully. If you do either juices or the
Master-Cleanse I am sure you will notice a difference in your puffy problem.
Edema is fluid accumulation. It generally happens at the feet and ankles, but any part of the body can experience edema. This may be caused by kidney, bladder, heart or liver problems- or even
food allergies . Persistent edema with little "pits" appearing in the feet/ankles after you press with your finger indicates serious trouble which should be addressed by a doctor.
Whatever the trouble, increase your intake of raw foods, like onions, apples, beets and grapes. Get lots of fiber. Eat eggs, broiled white fish, broiled turkey or chicken as good clean sources or protein. Avoid salt and caffeine, animal protein, fried foods, soy sayce, pickles, olives, white
Sugar and flour etc.
Drink cornsilk tea as a safe, natural diuretic, or do the
Watermelon seed kidney cleanse.
You have lots of cleansing information... get to it!
Best,
