Any green vegetables... small amounts of fresh horseradish are beneficial to the kidneys, also radish and watercress. Lemon juice helps dissolve uric acid stones in the bladder.

Spinach, kale, parsley, beets... add to carrot juice to improve the taste.

Red or black grapes and blueberries are good fruits... add your ginger to fruit or carrot juice. Yummy! And yes, great for digestion.

The eyes you describe sound like congested kidneys to me. Try eating fruits and vegetables for about 3 days, then drink juices for 3, then eat fruits and vegetables for another 3 and you should see major improvements!
