Re: I think I am finally off Effexor w/o withdrawal
Depression is defiantly a difficult issue, you may think about a group, to help get you through the hard problems. A third person point of view can help allot, and it is truly about support, and we all need this at times.
Think about cleansing your system, as the drugs that you have used in the past have left toxins in your system and this will effect your mood as well. I was dealing with depression as well and I had to cleanse my system. I started with a colon cleanse called
Oxy-Powder, ans I found tremendous results in my feelings. This isn't the end of all the issues though, the drugs that you use to elevate the depression actually cause your body to cut off chemical inhibitors in your body as well. The best way to get this back to help you, is to put the essential vitamins and minerals in your body. A good
multi vitamin would help you, as well as your omega fats. Try to see if you can find a Natro Path in you area, it is wise to get some blood work done so you can see what you need to work on. The road to recovering is long, and some times expensive, but you can turn this around, you are going to have to take a proactive stance to complete your goal.
Good luck to you!
