I feel for you. Im also 25 and have been suffering from a number of issues including mood problems my entire life.
Things that have helped me are excercise, cleansing (I started with a
Bowel Cleanse and just recently finished a
parasite cleanse, and I do my first
Liver Flush tomorrow), good diet, lots of good supplements (especially essential fatty acids and a natural supplement called SAM-e). Just keep at it, try different things. I recommend going on the SAM-e first...it really helps. Ive been on a number of prescription "meds" before my healthy days and they did nothing but hurt me, so if you are on any meds I recommend getting off them ASAP..Im no doctor so dont take that as medical advice..Im just speaking of experiance. Those meds make things worse. The sam-e doesnt hurt your body.
I recommend also doing things that help your liver..they say it holds a lot of emotion in the body..spirutually speaking..
I dont know if you are a spiritual person at all but my relationship with God is truly what saves me. Ive found so much release and comfort in studying spiritual texts, especially the teachings of buddhism, the dalai lama, the bible, other spiritual texts and inspirational books. Not even following a specific religion just whatever makes you feel closer to God and mother earth (I feel "God" is different for everyone).
Healing is a tough uphill battle, we must keep working on ourselves no matter what and never give up. I believe there can be relief, a light at the end of the tunnel.
