Re: MSG in all restaurants

Yes, I am well aware of all this.
It is all very true.
But if you brew your own coffee with coffee grains there is no problem!
Same for Indian food (no I am not Indian).
Very easy to make, but you have to do this from scratch. All mixed spices contain MSG, which is much chepaer than the real stuff. And is addictive so this ensures the company gets more customers.

ALL RESTAURANTS, Indian or otherwise, use MSG. If you go to an Indian grocer, just ask for iyt, they sell it in bags! Like lentils!

Now my hope is not to live an MSfree life, which I have found impossible if eating out of my house.
I am concerned with a therapy that could reverse the clock to a time when I could ingest Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) and go on being happy!
Could Iodine be that therapy? There are signs that it could be so!
HOPE!!!!!
