To Lynn re Iodine and Glutamine
Lynn,
I know that this is working for you, but I've read in various posts
here recently that you're supposed to separate the Vit C and the iodine
ingestion by an hour, as one (vit C) is an anti-oxidant and the other is
an oxidant, thus they cancel one another out when taken close together.
I take hydrolyzed collagen too so I guess I do take glutamine after all!
a chiropractor I used to go to who is really up on his nutrition and
biochemistry suggested I take it, so I have been using it since last
May or June, also in a smoothie, as it tastes wretched.
