I assume you are talking about OIL PULLING. One of the effects of antidepressants (and most medication) is DRYMOUTH (lack of saliva). I've heard of a lot of amazing things about oil pulling and procrastinate about doing it myself. I've been reading about saliva flow (chewing gum is a great way to stimulate saliva flow all day long) and that's something you can do all day after OP to help with stress because saliva helps the whole body. Saliva helps replace the enamel on teeth, it helps with digestion starting in the mouth. Saliva is produced in the mouth while chewing and any liquid (sauce or anything wet) helps it's production.
