That's why I say some are stinkers. But one who is pushing yoga and meditation is not. Outside help has never helped me either, but counseling can be supportive sometimes when you need support and there is none available. A good counselor should be more of a life coach then someone who is trying to fix you. Someone who helps you fix yourself...or even better yet, does not see you as needing to be fixed, but as someone who just needs a little encouragement and some new ideas and fresh perspectives....
