It brings to mind a VERY old Charlotte Gerson video in which she showed how to make the concentrate. She cooked that far longer than ANY other recipe ever recommended and said on Video that the oils must be destroyed (I believe that was 20-25 mins)...

I no longer have a video machine, but will borrow my Dads to re-watch it.
