Re: Detox foot bath
Evton...My goodness, how nice of you to offer your help. And you even opened your
email. Thanks so much!!! I'm sorry I didn't get back on yesterday, but we were
swamped with farm chores all day. I love the country/farm life..but it really keeps you busy. :-)
But my brain finally kicked in and I decided to do what I would advise someone else
to do with my same problem. So I think I'm on the road to recovery now, in spite of
the fact that I'm now detoxing and not feeling that well at all.
We've been into this natural stuff for over 30 years. (We're retired now) But we
really eat very healthy. And much healthier since I've become so close to Owen...
a curezone member that is more than a wealth of wisdom. We start our day...food
wise...much like he does...nuts, yogurt...we add cottage cheese & flax oil & juicing
to our regime...and rarely have anything besides those things until supper time.
Now we add this or that supplement on occasion, and we kind of rotate the supplements...just depending on my mood and what I think we need at any given time.
There are a couple that we stick with pretty regularily.
Anyway, I went for the detox foot bath and the holistic doctor said I was too toxic..and he'd have to put it off....so I went to the health food store and got
Enzymatic Therapy's Total Liver Cleanse...and my goodness that stuff is wonderful...
my pressure in my liver went down almost immediately...and I was detoxing to beat
the band within 24 hours. So I think I'm finally on the right track.
But it was so nice of you to offer your help. I really appreciate your kindness.
Thanks again...so much! kathryn
