I would agree with the comment that the tip of the foreskin shrinks if it is not regularly retracted. I am 57 and appreciate the fact that I am not circumcised. I do, however, experience a problem with the very tip of the foreskin tightening up if I do not regularly retract my foreskin when I have an erection. I am a nurse and the nurse's aids have a tendency to not retract the foreskins of elderly men for cleaning. This can lead to an accumulation of smegma and infection. Thus circumcision of the foreskins of elderly men is endorsed by the nursing staff. This, however, should not be used as an endorement for circumcising infants. As I previously stated, I am thankful that I still have my foreskin. It is just a matter of practiscng retraction on a daily basis (preferably during an erection to maximize the strecting process). Thank you.
