My grandfather is intact and often I give him baths since he is feeble.His foreskin has not shrunk and most times he retracts it himself to clean the penis head.I have helped bathe my hubby's grandfather too and while he has tight foreskin with a strong pull it retracts from the top but returns easily to the top.
