When any part of the body becomes Puffy, it may be that this area has become too Acidic !

For if it is Alkaline Enough, so that it may get the needed OXYGEN, then it will dry down and not be puffy !

Consider a wet dish rag, and what happens to it when you hang it on a clothes line in the sunshine and the OXYGEN drys it up !!!!!!!!!!!

Learn to Alkalize your body so that it may get the needed OXYGEN and "YOU" will not be Puffy !
