Cause of Puffy eye bags?????

What is the cause of puffy eye bags? how do diminish or get rid of them.

i know the its because of alot of toxins. i started doing doing the hydrogen perixoide baths and spraying it in my mouth as well as black strap molasses and cayenne pepper. any ideas?
