10 drops is alot...most of us have determined to start at much lower doses, such as 1-2 drops per day for a week, and increasing by 1-2 drops every new week until 8 drops per day are being ingested. This is 50mg. of iodine. This dosage is sustained from 3-6 months & then
Iodine sufficiency may be experienced. 1-2 drops 3-4 times per week may be followed after that.

Lugol's solution dose each day until the period of pressure passes. If it should happen that your body becomes saturated with iodine, you will find that there is an increase of moisture in the nose. If this occurs, omit the iodine until the nose is normal.
