Die off?

Hello All,

What a scary weekend not knowing if CZ was coming back online! Well,I have been taking 10 drops of Lugols in the morning in a capsule on an empty stomach for a week now. The only reaction I've gotten have been wierd mood swings. Sometimes I'm mad,paranoid,depressed, or on top of the world. I stopped taking it for few days and the mood swings stopped. I just started back up over the weekend and they started again. Anyone experience this? Is this a type of die off? What are signs that I'm at the iodine/iodide saturation point? All comments and suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks
