the precious metals are unique among the heavy metals and do have other actions than what you describe. and of course there is the worst of heavy metals(save the radioactive ones), mercury, which would not only has this action but is also a powerful neurotoxin, interfering with all body functions via the electrical pathways.

this information is a very good clue as to what has been going on with my liver and explains the results of the flushes i have done. i am doing one right after thanksgiving again, as my liver has been aching again, quite on its own(meaning without any silver and with it being several months since my last mercury fillings were out and much cilantro chelation), i have no doubt the the grayish particles my flushes produce as opposed to the green "stones" are none other than this rancid cholesterol.

also, i think Liver Flushes are even better than chelation at ridding the body of excessive cholesterol.
