you must be using pure, distilled water. so pure you could use it in an IV. you are using water that has impurities in it, or you wouldnt be getting the white clouds in a few seconds. sounds like chlorinated tape water making silver choride. dont drink that stuff.

you need to read and educate yourself. if you will look over my posts here, i have detailed instructions on how to do just that, make cs with nine volt batteries. but mainly, you need to read so you can avoid some of the pitfalls. there arent that many, but they are important enough to read over several times and searching this site is a good way to do that.
