I used to run 5-12 miles per day,and God knows how many bike miles and yes, that and comps will definitely keep off the weight ,eh...I miss those bulk meals of 27 pieces of pizza!!and lose 5 pounds sleeping,hah.
I wouldn't vita da lemons...the FDA pesticides,colorings and such don't make
a good mixer...there was a post a few months ago that said the pulp and juice is safe from the chemicals, I think the FDA posted that! So maybe it is true,duh...
