yes, the acv marinade sort of "pre-digests" the chicken. the mother culture in the acv breaks begins the digestive process. i like to marinade the chicken for 24 hours, that seems to work the best for me. i have never marinaded longer than that tho, so if you try it for longer please post about how it goes.

i drain the marinade and throw it out. i do not rinse the meat afterward, tho you certainly could if you wanted. then i put some greens, onions, and garlic in a pan with a little water and spices (usually curry), and the chicken on top of that, and slow cook it over low heat, it doesn't take long to cook and is very tender if done that way.
