thanks for the suggestion! I think your mail came in while I was cooking it - I actually did rinse it, and even during cooking, the vinegar was so sharp it burned my nose, the whole house smells like ACV at the moment! It was actually much too vinegar-y for my taste, and is bothering my stomach for some reason. Next time I might try just a bit of lemon juice and olive oil or something, rather than straight ACV. I think it might be ok in something like a sweet & sour stir fry with lots of sauce. Thanks again, though! My inexperience with meat is pretty obvious when I try to cook it, vegetarian cooking is much more my forte... :)
