i am beggining to eat more eggs now that i am trying to pack on weight.
Vince Gironda,the old time bodybuilder used to eat some ungoldy ammount like
40 eggs a day! he also reccomended steak tartar and rare steaks!
he has his own diet,similar to the atkins diet but it consists of mostly eggs and meats and some veggies.I follow something similar but not as strict,i eat chicken and other meats.I have never tried eating raw eggs, i have eaten one with a protein shake and it got me bloated..the blender foamed up the whey and the egg stired in made it even more frothy.not good at all.Vince used to reccomend 2 eggs plus half and half as a protein shake.With whey protein being around, i am not sure if it's still a nessessity to eat raw eggs.I mean, one scoop of whey is about three whole raw eggs,but then again raw eggs are natural..can't beat that one eh?
