Re: Almighty Cleanse

Here is a step by step of how to do this cleanse:

1. Take one capsule of formula 1 with your last meal of the day. Make sure you drink six to eight ounces of water with each capsule. Increase the dosage by one capsule every night until your bowel movements increase in size or frequency, and maintain this dosage for the remainder of your cleanse.

2. Take 7 capsules of formula 2, 3 times a day (for a total of 21 capsules per day). Make sure you drink 12 ounces of liquid with each serving of 7 capsules. The ammount of liquid is very important, so make sure you drink at least the ammount indicated. If you can drink more, it's better.

At the end of formula 2, stop taking formula 1 as well, even if you have left over capsules.

And of course, repeat every 3 month to maintain a clean colon.
