PS... came back to add that the negative review I saw when doing a search on The Almighty Cleanse was odd, as the writer talked about doing it for 30 days and the program is specifically for only 7 days.

How could it be that she really used the same one? There is a huge difference between 7 days and 30 days... One would remember. Besides that there is only 25 servings. 5 days worth of powder (Formula 2) 5 times a day plus capsules (Formula 1) to with herbs to help you to not get constipated.
