There are companies that reputedly use the finest quality ingredients available. However, it's doubtful that you'll find these in your garden variety health food stores.

Please note that I state that they "can improve deficiences", however providing missing nutrient levels does NOT preclude authentic health.

True health is, well...much more wholistic that simply adding or omitting nutrients.
