I'm not new to parasite cleanses. I've done them for the past 4 or 5 years - always used the same product with good results!

This time I did not heed the 'stop cleanse if....' warnings and it resulted in lower colon inflammation.

THEN...I continued with raw veggies, pumpkin seeds, loads of iber foods, LOTS of stuff that 'scrapes' the intestinal lining.

NOT GOOD!!!

Yep...got rid of any parasites but also have 'road rash' on my lower colon.

I DO NOT want to take steriods OR Antibiotics .

I do have a 'Chinese Medicine' practitoner that I will see, but what are YOUR reccomendations?
