Do you remember Hulda Clark said that children produces 1000 times more stomach acid than adults do. Why is there such a big difference? Wasnt it on this site someone put out the article on sodium and hydrochloric acid as well? According to the article, sodium is missing in our western diets which also lowers h. acid because it somehow neutralises the h. acid from destroying gut lining when its in adequate amounts in the stomach, therefore without lots of sodium, the body automatically turns off the h. acid to prevent it from happening. But that might just be one clue to h. acid levels.
