With low current Silver Generating you shouldn't see any cloud and I certainly don't. Many bought Distilled water are not really up to standard and they mostly aren't true distilled water. They sometimes use chemicals to burn the contents of the water out instead of natural steam processes. I've even bought in the past de-ionised water from a car garage which never gave a cloud but it definately wasn't as good because I got a slight gold colour to the solution.

The best thing you can do is buy a distiller!
