Udo 's product is good but he wants you to buy it since it makes him money. People are not objective when it comes to making money. Do you think fisherman are going to say do not eat fish? Americans with healthy diets get plenty of omega-6 and 9 in their diet but not omega-3.

Who is going to eat only flax oil and no avocados (60% fat), no olives, no nuts, seeds and no olive oil? To keep you from using it to replace other oils, get the whole food-- milled flaxseed. That is what I use but I also eat avocados, olive oil, nuts and seeds. The seeds have one of the best fibers for the colon according to the ND who manufactures Garden of Life products. Also the seeds are high in lignans to prevent cancer.

Fish is polluted and getting worse everyday. If you do get get fish oil then get the expensive pharmacuetical grade oil since it has all the poisons taken out.
