Re: iodine experience

i just went and poured drugstore h2o2 on my feet and not only did the color come back, but i stained the bathroom rug standing on it.

now, as for these "symptoms":

acne-like skin lesions in certain areas of your body
headache in the frontal sinus
unpleasant brassy taste
increased salivation and sneezing
racing heart AKA: tachacardia

i have not had any more lesions than usual - my upper arms near the shoulders being the only minor exception

no headaches, but i have felt strange pressures in my head

i have had a couple of episodes of a funky taste in my mouth

i have had both cotton mouth but not what i would call excessive salivation.

i have had a couple of episodes of otherwise rare sneezing

my heart seems fine
