There are Colloidal Silver s out there that are pre-made, and are just as good if not better then what you can make. IF you do not feel comfortable making your own because you really do not know if you made it correctly, I would suggest getting one already made.

I use one called Silver Hydrosol. It is made at 11ppm and works great.
