I'm reaquainting myself with nutrition and have found this forum to be a fantastic source of information.I'm an Alaska commercial fisherman that targets open ocean salmon and as such have heard a lot about the benefits of salmon without really knowing or caring really what those were not being much of a salmon eater until last year myself. Now I find myself drying salmon and eating it mostly in that fashion and loving it and I think I'm feeling better for it.Also ,on occasion I will take a bite out of the roe as I clean them,it's a wonderful buttery flavor.I'm curious just what these omegas I hear about are doing for me and if I'm setting myself up for parasites eating the flesh dryed and the roe raw.thank you for any and all
