Hey! Glad to have you at Curezone!
You are very fortunate to be able to eat the wild alaskan salmon so fresh! You make me jealous with the fresh roe. I would say keep on eating, and take some deworming herbs. As trapper said, you should be doing that anyway (everyone should).
You might be interested in the Weston A. Price Foundation and the Nourishing Traditions (there is a forum here at curezone).
