This morning my skin was itching even after I took the antihistamine because it'd flared up worse the past few days. I rubbed some lime juice on the affected area and the itching disappeared instantly! It's incredible!
Yeah I don't think I could stop the antihistamines yet but for a while I've only been taking half a tab when I need it and now I'm going to try with the lime juice in affected areas and see how long I can go without them.
Don't have a bath, only a shower so Epsom Salts out for me.
