I've had skin itching for years, which I've always attributed to dry, "winter skin" or allergies and have treated with cortisone creams. It wasn't until I got an advanced case of skin candida that I made the connection that the skin itching was actually part of the yeast infection. When I get even the least indication of skin itching now, I treat it with an antifungal cream, and it has worked wonders! I'm now using a prescription topical antifungal, but if I were to look for a natural antifungal, I'd pick grapefruit seed extract or cold pressed coconut oil. (I tried teatree oil, but I was very allergic to it, probably because I'm allergic to trees in general.)
