Thanks, ob, I will also go to that site later tonight. That's interesting that your scurf rim is fading. I think I'll start skin brushing again. I do it for awhile and then stop. I think if I keep an eye on my scurf rim and notice some difference, it will give me some motivation to stick with it. I know I have clogged lymphatics because I have swollen glands in my neck. I have so many black specs in my iris that it's scary. I'm do a heavy metal/chemical detox now, and I'm going to try to see if any of the specs clear up. I've had mercury in my body since I was a kid, so I'm sure it really settled in and may take a few months to clear it out. But I love iridology because you can actually see what's happenning. (I don't know enough about it, but it's still interesting.) Have you ever checked out sclerology? That's easier in a way, but doesn't seem so specific.
