We are practically neigbours, I am in Vancouver too :-) Yes, no growth hormones in Canadian milk is one fight we consumers won. I remember this some years ago. Alive Magazine, a BC health publication, featured articles on that. If you want confirmation, search under 'milk growth hormone Canada'. I found lots of info there.

I buy organic milk for my yogurt and kefir. I don't eat beef, I started eating buffalo. Buffalo is gras-fed. I buy it at Sav-on-Meats on Hastings street. I like it very much.

I have to eat meat, my body is carb intolerant. I hope my liver flusing will help this problem. I have #49 coming up this Friday. So far nothing has changed with all this flushing. Dr. Andreas Moritz said that as long as the ducts are plugged, even if there are only few stones there is trouble. I can feel that there is more in the liver area.
