Wow, thank you both. I am going to do the castor oil cleanse first. Thanks for the link. I also have crazy amounts of yellowish substance on my tongue. Especially in the morning. I have had a hernia surgery 3 yrs a go. I know I have a small one on the other lower side now. Doc said nothing they could do for it really unless it gets worse. I wonder if it is leaking as you mentioned. Food for though. Thanks again! Tweet
