Re: Doctors can't find out whats wrong. Any advise?
It's possible that you may have dysbiosis in the gut - bacterial/fungal (candida).
This can give the symptoms you describe.
Also, if you take antacids, you are not digesting your food properly, aggravating the dysbiosis (pathogens will eat your food) - white substance in stool is highly indicative of candida presence as a fungus.
Also, low stomach acid/antacid overuse will eliminate the first line of defense against pathogens (acidic environment is necessary in the stomach to digest things like protein and to destroy pathogens in the food).
Also, the esophagus may be eroding due to hiatal hernia (where stomach acid is allowed to travel up the esophagus) - this may NOT mean you have excess acid and need proton inhibitors/antacids - it can simply mean that your stomach has been stretched/dislocated and result in a leaky valve.
You may want to do a thourough
Bowel Cleanse to sweep the overgrowth of pathogens away - supplementing with probiotics to reestabilish good flora in the gut may be necessary, as well as strengthening digestion via digestive enzymes/right diet for you body type.
A qualified chiropractor can resolve the hiatal hernia issue.
